Responsibilities

Oversee and nurture a diverse portfolio of commercial and personal lines clients.

Analyze the specific risks faced by clients and design comprehensive coverage solutions.

Lead agency growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities within the Pittsburgh area.

Mentor junior staff members to ensure high-quality service standards across the agency.

Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry trends and regulations.

Represent The Atlantic District at community events and local professional gatherings.

Requirements

Valid Pennsylvania Property Casualty Insurance License.

Valid Pennsylvania Life Health Insurance License.

Minimum of five years of direct experience in the insurance sector.

Demonstrable history of growing a book of business and managing client relationships.

Familiarity with carrier underwriting guidelines and agency management systems.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

A proactive approach to networking and local community involvement.
