Patient Ratios: 1 nurse to 7 patients
Unit Staffing:
- 1 Clinical Nurse Coordinator
- 7 Nurses
- 4 Patient Care Technicians
- 1 Unit Coordinator per shift
Type of Equipment: Regular medical equipment for a med-surg unit
Documentation System: Meditech

Requirements

Hours: 36 hours per week with rotating weekends
Floating Policy: Contract staff are prioritized for floating to similar units
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a medical-surgical setting
Certifications: Current BLS certification and Georgia RN license required
