CRM Designer, Email & Front-End Specialist

A leading media company is hiring a CRM Designer, Email & Front-End Specialist to support their consumer marketing team. This is a contract role and on-site Monday-Thursday, remote on Friday in New York City, 1 WTC. The position involves creating engaging email campaigns and digital assets for top-tier brands like Vogue, Vanity Fair, and GQ. CRM Designer, Email & Front-End Specialist Responsibilities: Design and develop responsive HTML emails optimized for various email clients and devices. Create and sustain modular, reusable email templates within our ESPs, enabling efficient production. Develop creative digital assets such as banners, paid social content, animations, and videos for CRM channels. Apply front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS, JavaScript where relevant) to troubleshoot and hand-code email and web assets. Conduct quality testing across platforms and devices to ensure visual and functional integrity. CRM Designer, Email & Front-End Specialist Qualifications: 4-5 years of proven experience in design, with a focus on engaging, revenue-driven campaigns. Hands-on experience designing and coding responsive HTML emails within ESPs like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Iterable. Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to explore AI-assisted design and development. Working knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript a plus).
