Role & responsibilities End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT and occasional IT positions. Understanding client requirements and managing hiring mandates. Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals. Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates. Coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate pipelines. Building strong relationships with clients and candidates. Ensuring timely closures and maintaining recruitment targets. Requirements Prior experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition. Strong exposure to Non-IT hiring. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Good sourcing and headhunting capabilities. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
