Senior Facility Manager – JLLThe Senior Facility Manager role is your opportunity to lead operational excellence at commercial and industrial facilities while serving as the strategic liaison between operations, leadership, and vendors. You'll optimize facility performance, manage capital projects, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements while leading a team of facility management professionals. This position offers the chance to drive efficiency, implement innovative maintenance strategies, and directly impact organizational success through expert facility oversight and cross-functional collaboration.What your day-to-day will look like:Oversee daily operations of assigned manufacturing facilities, managing all building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and security to ensure a safe and productive environmentUtilize CMMS to schedule, track, and manage work orders while maintaining and enhancing preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment failures and maximize operational efficiencyPerform repair/replace analytics for building infrastructure and mechanical systems, analyzing maintenance outliers to determine root causes and direct appropriate corrective actionsPrepare and manage facility budgets, track variances, and oversee capital budgets, R&M spend, and G&A expenditures to ensure alignment with organizational goalsIdentify, qualify, and manage relationships with national and regional vendors, negotiating contracts and monitoring performance to ensure service delivery meets standardsPlan, schedule, and execute approved capital projects and facility renovation initiatives on time, within scope, and on budget with minimal disruption to production processesLead and develop your team of facility management professionals through actionable career development plans and participation in compensation planning processesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management or equivalent combination of education and experience8+ years of experience in facilities management, preferably in manufacturing environmentsDemonstrated experience managing capital projects and comprehensive maintenance programsProven experience with vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget managementAdvanced knowledge of building systems, maintenance requirements, and CMMS implementation and utilizationStrong leadership abilities with excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and relationship-building skillsProficiency in Excel and facility management software systems with the ability to present complex projects to executive leadershipValid driver's license requiredTravel between sites across multiple states requiredPreferred Qualifications:Advanced degree in Facility Management or related fieldProfessional certifications such as CPM (Certified Property Manager), RPA (Real Property Administrator), or CSM (Certified Systems Maintenance)Experience supporting corporate roll-out projects and creating execution scopes for other departmentsKnowledge of standard business and accounting practices specific to facility operationsExperience partnering with EH&S teams to maintain regulatory compliance in manufacturing environmentsDemonstrated track record of providing excellent internal and external customer serviceExperience with third-party property owner relationships and contract compliance managementLocation: Onsite in Phoenix, AZWork Shift: First shift hours with on-call responsibilitiesThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
