Combining customer insights with emerging technology expertise, it defines product vision and roadmaps. Emphasizing rigorous discovery, prioritization, and performance measurement, the team mentors peers to advance product management practices. Focused on operational excellence and strategic growth, it plays a vital role in expanding Walmart’s product portfolio and market presence.What you'll do:Drive strategy and execution for complex products, owning end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization.Build deep customer and business understanding using data analysis, design thinking, and feedback synthesis to prioritize product initiatives.Define and communicate multi-quarter product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business goals and market trends.Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business partners to manage risks, dependencies, and launch readiness.Utilize data-driven decision making and experimentation to validate assumptions and optimize product performance.Identify emerging technology opportunities and influence technical direction without direct authority.Mentor less experienced product managers and promote rigorous product management practices.What you'll bring:5+ years of proven experience driving product strategy and managing roadmaps for complex or related product sets within Adtech/Martech.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.Expertise in data-driven decision making, including advanced analytics and experimentation to validate product assumptions.Deep understanding of customer needs through structured research, journey mapping, and feedback synthesis.Ability to define clear product vision, KPIs, and go-to-market strategies aligned with business outcomes.Familiarity with emerging technologies and their application in product innovation.Excellent communication and mentoring skills to support team development and collaboration.At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
