The Public Accountant is an individual contributor responsible for managing financial records and ensuring compliance for clients. This role involves using specialized accounting software such as QuickBooks Online and EasyAcct to support accurate bookkeeping, financial reporting, and regulatory filings.

 

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial reports and regulatory filings
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations
• Provide consultation to clients on financial matters and sales tax
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using specialized accounting software
• Conduct financial analysis to support client decisions
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with clients

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting software including QuickBooks Online and EasyAcct
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication and time management skills
