Marketing Events Intern

Job Summary The Summer Marketing Events Intern will support the planning, coordination, and execution of both internal and external events at Nova Biomedical. This role offers hands‑on experience working cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, and corporate communications teams to help deliver high‑quality events and campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to gain experience in event marketing within a fast‑paced, global organization. Responsibilities Event Support & Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of events including conferences, trade shows, webinars, internal meetings, and team events. Support logistics such as materials preparation, vendor coordination, and on‑site or virtual event execution. Event Promotion & Communications: Support the development and distribution of event‑related communications, including email campaigns, social media posts, and internal announcements to drive awareness and attendance. Project Coordination: Help track timelines, maintain project plans, and assist with organizing event‑related documentation, including schedules, run‑of‑show documents, and checklists. Marketing & Content Support: Assist with the creation and organization of marketing collateral, presentations, and digital assets used for events and campaigns. Data Tracking & Reporting: Support tracking event participation, engagement metrics, and post‑event feedback. Assist with compiling reports and summaries to evaluate effectiveness. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other internal teams to support event execution and ensure alignment across activities. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support related to event planning, including scheduling, organizing materials, and maintaining records.
