Pennsylvania Licensed Sponsored Projects Accountant

To support the fiscal administration of grants and contracts, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Sponsored Projects Accountant will perform post-award accounting duties, monitor account activity, and prepare financial reports in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Activate new awards and maintain ongoing amendments, renewals, and extensions in the Oracle financial system Prepare and submit periodic reimbursement claims and financial reports while monitoring project progress throughout their life cycle Assist with policy interpretation and government report preparation related to grants and contracts Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related business field preferred Willingness to learn and adapt, with relevant experience considered in lieu of degree Experience with automated accounting systems and Excel is beneficial No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
