Sales & Proposal Development Coordinator (Energy / Construction Focus)

A growing organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Proposal Development Coordinator to support proposal execution, marketing initiatives, and business development efforts. This role is ideal for candidates with experience or exposure to construction, solar, or broader energy environments , who are comfortable working across teams and managing multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and submission of RFP/RFQ/BID responses , ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery
• Research, track, and qualify opportunities across construction and energy procurement platforms
• Develop, edit, and maintain proposal content, qualifications packages, and marketing materials tailored to each opportunity
• Support business development efforts through outreach, networking, and client engagement activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather project details, technical inputs, and supporting documentation
• Manage proposal timelines, track deliverables, and maintain organized repositories of submissions and templates
• Ensure all materials meet quality, formatting, and compliance standards

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in proposal coordination, marketing, or technical writing environments
• Exposure to construction, solar, energy, or related industries strongly preferred
• Strong writing, editing, and document management skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
