Our Pre-Suit Attorney's make mission critical decisions for the firm and play a significant role in our success. Work alongside world-class lawyers that are looking to mentor and advise Attorney's who are new to the field.ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day handling of all pre-litigation workComplete the Flip-to-Lit approvalGuide clients through the case processDrafting and filing of pre-litigation documentsComplete TD approval for liability issuesOversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packagesManage the release approval processManage a team of 6-10 Case ManagersFocus on Personal injury cases, primarily automotiveDrive compliance and KPIs amongst teamEUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statementsRequirementsLaw degree from a fully accredited law schoolAn active member in good standing with the State Bar Association (SC)2+ years of personal injury experienceAbility to manage high volume of pre-lit casesExcellent client service and communication skillsStrong leadership skillsSelf-starter driven by long-term career goalsSuperior writing and oral advocacy skillsBenefitsMorgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful.
