Senior Manager - Interior Design

Schedule : 35hr/wk | Hybrid schedule - onsite Tuesday through Thursday, remote on Mondays and Fridays. Occasional travel required (approximately 20%) to properties and project sites. What You'll Do Review and approve interior design drawings, submittals, finishes, and FF&E selections for brand compliance and quality standards Provide guidance to franchisees, hotel owners, and design consultants throughout the design review process Interpret and apply brand standards in partnership with Brand and Development teams Serve as a primary point of contact for design-related questions and project coordination Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Brand, Sourcing, and Development Track project milestones, approvals, and design review timelines to ensure efficient communication and execution Support updates to brand design standards and documentation based on industry trends and operational needs Ensure projects meet operational, safety, durability, and hospitality brand requirements Participate in meetings, presentations, and occasional site visits to support project execution and compliance This is a temporary/contract position with no benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, or paid time off during the contract period PSG Global Solutions Careers
