Robert Half Legal is partnering with a highly regarded boutique plaintiff personal injury firm in Century City in its search for a Litigation Paralegal for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and is looking to join a respected firm with a strong reputation in plaintiff-side personal injury matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys through all phases of litigation
- Draft and respond to discovery
- Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and other case-related materials
- Handle court filings in state and federal courts
- Maintain case files and litigation calendars
- Assist with trial preparation and document organization
- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors as needed
Location: Century City, California
Schedule: Full-time, onsite, Monday through Friday
Compensation: $35-$45/hour during the contract period, depending on experience
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a litigation paralegal, ideally within plaintiff personal injury
- Strong knowledge of discovery, drafting, and court filing procedures
- Familiarity with California court rules and deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a busy practice
