Senior Software Engineer

Role Description

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help define the future of AI-powered, human-led healthcare. This role can be remote, or hybrid for those based in NY/Boston or able to relocate to our in-person office.

You'll carry real ownership over our product, with the chance to shape our engineering org as it grows. You'll work cross-functionally with product, clinical, and commercial teams, and interface directly with prominent healthcare organizations nationwide. Our engineering work spans full-stack web development, data infrastructure, mobile development, and AI/MLOps.

What You'll Do

• Lead initiatives with Product and Design to ship and iterate on unique product experiences in AI-enabled care that improve patient engagement and outcomes.
• Work closely with our ML research team to bring cutting-edge AI/LLM techniques into clinical care and build them into our agentic framework.
• Improve our physician-facing care platform and integrate AI tooling that increases physician efficiency and clinical capability.
• Architect scalable backend systems, such as health data ingestion pipelines and enterprise client integrations.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of building production software, ideally including 2+ years at a startup or growth company.
• Proficiency with our stack: React, Next.js, Node.js (TypeScript), React Native, Postgres, AWS, Terraform, and Redis.
• Experience building at scale, serving hundreds of thousands of end users and large enterprise clients.
• Opinionated about leveling up your own engineering skills and the team around you.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and recent developments in the space.
