Senior Manager of Communications

To support enterprise communication strategies, the full-time Senior Manager of Communications will execute internal and external communication plans, manage ongoing communications, and develop change management deliverables in a remote capacity, requiring residence in the Eastern or Central Time Zone. Key responsibilities Execute communication strategies and plans, translating business priorities into engaging communications for various audiences Manage the internal communications cadence, including newsletters, leadership messages, and organizational announcements Develop communication deliverables that support strategic initiatives, transformation efforts, and organizational changes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a relevant field At least 5 years of progressive experience in internal, corporate, or enterprise communications Experience developing communications across multiple channels and formats Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Experience supporting organizational change or complex business initiatives preferred
