Entry Level Automotive Technician - Roslindale, MA

About the Role Entry Level Automotive Technician at Goodyear Tire & Auto Service Centers. You will learn and perform basic automotive services such as tire mounting and balancing, oil changes, filter replacements, and more while delivering outstanding guest service. Responsibilities Mount, balance, and repair tires; perform oil changes and filter replacements. Assistance with additional automotive preventive maintenance under supervision. Communicate clearly with guests about vehicle services and provide feedback. Follow safety policies and company procedures for vehicle care and operation. Perform manual tasks such as lifting, standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods. Shift Information Retail operating hours including some holidays and weekends. Stores may be open 7 days a week. Pay Starting at $18.00 - $23.00 per hour, with base pay varying based on experience, knowledge, and market location.
