Job Description

Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer business, operational, and technology requirements.

Design and present tailored order management and omnichannel fulfillment solutions.

Serve as the technical expert throughout the enterprise sales process.

Deliver compelling product demonstrations for both technical and executive audiences.

Partner closely with Account Executives to support strategic pursuits and drive deal success.

Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align customer needs with platform capabilities.

Support enterprise retailers navigating inventory visibility, fulfillment, and omnichannel challenges.

Travel as needed for customer meetings, key presentations, and global team collaboration.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Pre-Sales Engineer should have:

Experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or solution architecture.

Knowledge of OMS, omnichannel retail, and fulfillment solutions.

Strong presentation and customer-facing communication skills.

Ability to lead discovery sessions and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Experience supporting enterprise software sales cycles.

OMS vendor or retail technology experience highly preferred.
