Policy Enforcement: Uphold client and company policies and procedures. Safety Monitoring: Observe and report fire and safety hazards. Patrols: Conduct routine foot patrols around buildings and grounds. Incident Reporting: Communicate pertinent issues to the operations manager, clients, and other department managers. Public Interaction: Engage with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the public. Report Writing: Document incidents and observations accurately. Additional Duties: Carry out other assigned tasks as needed. Qualifications Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures. Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Must have valid Security Guard License. Must be 18 years old.
