Responsibilities:Plan, schedule and execute complex, cross-functional projects or programs from initiation through closure while leading engagement teamsDeep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid frameworks) and how to scale them to project sizeAbility to identify, analyze, and segment stakeholder groups, establishing tailored engagement plans to secure buy-in at all levelsCompetency in designing and evaluating training assessments, tracking completion rates, and measuring post-training proficiencyAbility to analyze resource skill gaps relative to new capabilities, process and translate those gaps into structured training and capability developmentLead development, maintenance, and analysis of schedules and Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs) in include project activities, durations, relationships, milestones, risks, resources use, and project budgets to allow Critical Path Management (CPM) analysisQualifications:A minimum of five years of experience with project, program / portfolio management, specifically with large-scale transformation programs, involving business process, organization, and technology componentsBachelor's degree in business administration or related field from an accredited college/universityPMP, Business Analysts or ScrumMaster Certification preferredExperience in business and solution development, project/program management, and project deliveryStrong understanding of project, program, and portfolio management processes and best practices, including reports, schedule management, risk management, quality control, and project financialsDemonstrated experience developing relationships with senior clients Ability to travel as required to support firm engagementsApplicant must possess or be eligible for a U.S. Government clearanceKPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
