Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available support resources.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed approaches to facilitate client healing.

• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and integrated care, benefiting clients through cooperative treatment planning.

• Offer crisis intervention to clients as needed, implementing risk assessments and safety plans to ensure well-being.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
