Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Provide both couple and individual therapy, focusing on a holistic approach to address the needs of each member of the family system.

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions that target a range of issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological and physical abuse, grief, and family conflicts.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and systems theory methodologies, to promote effective communication and resolution strategies among family members.

• Document treatment progress and outcomes, ensuring compliance with all state regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with our clinical team to share insights and strategies for patient care improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse client population, including adults as well as children and adolescents. Your work will encompass a variety of family dynamics, including blended families, individuals experiencing separation or divorce, and clients facing communication challenges within family units. Qualifications\n
