Customer Intake Specialist
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support a growing health and safety company, the full-time Customer Intake Specialist will manage the intake process by inputting new orders, verifying information, and communicating with customers while working remotely during extended hours from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST. Key responsibilities Monitoring queues for new orders, updates, and service cancellations while ensuring accurate data entry Communicating directly with customers and referring sources to gather necessary information for order processing Navigating healthcare portals to obtain customer information and making corrections to existing records as needed Required qualifications Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship Minimum associate degree in a healthcare-related field is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required Ability to type at least 40 WPM Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
