Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for a temp-to-hire, fully remote opportunity supporting customer care operations in the insurance industry. This role is ideal for a high-performing call center professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and can maintain excellent accuracy while managing a high volume of phone-based interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional, efficient, and customer-focused manner.
- Accurately document customer interactions, notes, requests, and updates in real time.
- Navigate multiple software systems while actively listening, responding, and resolving customer needs.
- Process requests, update records, and follow established procedures and compliance guidelines.
- Meet and exceed productivity, accuracy, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction expectations.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership in a remote call center environment.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Work arrangement: Fully remote.
- Location: Spokane, WA.
