In this fast-paced, high-energy role, you'll proactively engage customers in the service drive, appraise vehicles, negotiate purchases, and help fuel the dealership's success by acquiring quality inventory.If you have experience in vehicle acquisitions or appraisals and are driven by results, this is your opportunity to join a growing team where performance is recognized and rewarded.What You'll DoActively engage service drive customers and identify opportunities to purchase their vehiclesPerform accurate vehicle appraisals using market trends, vehicle condition, and dealership valuation toolsPresent competitive purchase offers with confidence and professionalismNegotiate vehicle acquisitions while delivering an exceptional customer experienceWork closely with management to align acquisitions with inventory goals and pricing strategiesProspect and contact vehicle owners advertising on third-party marketplaces to secure additional inventoryGather required documentation and ensure compliance with dealership and state regulationsMaintain detailed records of appraisals, offers, and completed purchasesCollaborate with service advisors, sales managers, and inventory teams to maximize acquisition opportunitiesConsistently follow up with customers who have received offers to convert opportunities into purchasesWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in vehicle acquisitions, used vehicle appraisals, or a related dealership roleStrong understanding of vehicle values, market trends, and reconditioning costsProven negotiation skills and the ability to close dealsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesAbility to accurately evaluate vehicle condition and historyExperience using appraisal tools, CRM platforms, and inventory management softwareValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordA strong sense of urgency and a relentless drive to acquire inventoryPreferred Qualifications2+ years of dealership experience in acquisitions, used car management, or automotive salesExperience working directly with service drive customersFamiliarity with vAuto, KBB ICO, and other inventory management toolsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary plus commission and performance incentivesHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) and Roth retirement plansPaid Time Off (PTO) and select holidaysCareer growth and advancement opportunities within the dealershipPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods throughout the workdayWhy Join Us?Inventory drives dealership success—and you'll be at the center of it.
