This role oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts and sales orders from bid collection and contract execution through logistics coordination and final delivery; ensuring accuracy, timely execution, and efficient collaboration across internal teams, suppliers, and customers.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and manage relationships with designated customersSupport broader sales team in meeting our annual volume, revenue, and gross profit goals by executing to plan with designated list of customersCollaborate with the sourcing & finance team to evaluate offers and execute contracts with customersEnter contracts and sales orders into the systemManage and maintain contracts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely updatesCoordinate production, pickup, and delivery schedules with internal operations teams and customersOversee load scheduling and shipment execution to ensure on-time deliveryWork with the appropriate cross functional team members to provide customers with appropriate documentation as neededServe as a primary point of contact for customers, maintaining strong relationships and high service levelsAddress customer inquiries and support ongoing account needsRequired Qualifications:Education and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in business administration or agribusinessIn lieu of a degree, at least three years of professional experience in B2B account management, with demonstrated expertise in customer service, sales support, supplier coordination, and documentation complianceSkills and Competencies:Strong communication skills are a mustProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products, ERP system knowledge,Preferred Qualifications:Bilingual - English/SpanishWorking Conditions:Travel requirements: Available for overnight travel. Travel frequency will vary depending on business needs.
