Home Health Aide's for the McArthur, Ohio AreaPurpose Care is looking for qualified, dependable, honest, reliable, Home Health Aides, STNA's, PCAs and CNA Caregivers to care for the needs of our clients.Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Providing personal care to include:Baths, showers, bed baths, sponge bathsOral hygieneShampoosChanging bed linensAssisting patients with dressing/undressing and groomingAssisting the patient with toileting activitiesKeeping patient's living area clean and orderlyDoing patient's laundry, cleaning and meal preparationsQualifications and Requirements:Worked with a Home Health Agency or nursing facility within the past yearMinimum of 1 full year of recent experienceMust be able to pass a criminal background checkMust be at least 18 years oldCandidates must complete a written Competency evaluationMust complete a skills assessmentAble to independently lift 25lbsEmpathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail and impairedDemonstrate patience, and good personal hygieneMust be comfortable performing personal care and grooming, meal prep, and light housekeepingAs a growing company we provide:Competitive compensation from $16- $17 an hourTravel Time pay of $11 an hourSchedule FlexibilityRefer to a Friend program and get $500PurposeCare is a leading provider of home care and home health services in the Midwest and provides home-based care services to more than 3,000 clients a month carefully coordinated to keep clients healthy and safe at home.
