Description

The Operations Manager will oversee payroll administration and day-to-day office operations for the New York office. This individual will serve as a key operational resource, interacting regularly with contractors, employees, and internal stakeholders.Core Responsibilities:Manage payroll-related activities and ensure payroll accuracyOversee daily office operations and administrative workflowsSupervise and support at least one direct reportServe as a primary point of contact for operational inquiriesCommunicate with contractors and internal stakeholders on a daily basisResolve operational issues independently and escalate when appropriateDrive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiativesCoordinate priorities across multiple stakeholder groupsSupport leadership with operational reporting and process executionMaintain a professional and service-oriented office environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
