About the Role

Our Retail Warehouse Specialist plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of our small retail business. They are responsible for helping maintain an organized, efficient, and accurate inventory system while ensuring products are received, stored, and distributed properly. Working both independently and alongside store staff, they contribute to the smooth flow of inventory while helping maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized warehouse environment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, dependability, and a willingness to assist wherever needed to support both operational efficiency and an excellent customer experience.

As a Retail Warehouse Specialist, you will:

• Unload and check-in daily inventory shipments
• Prepare returns and outgoing inventory as well as load them onto trucks
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the store warehouse and exterior loading area
• Work closely with our Distribution Center staff and Retail staff to ensure inventory accuracy
• Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and annual physical count of all inventory
• General building maintenance including light janitorial duties
• Occasionally assist our home installation team as needed to deliver items to customers' homes
• Develop an understanding of our company's Basic Beliefs and Noble Purpose

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Regular lifting (up to 50lbs) and occasional heavy lifting (up to 75lbs)
• Overhead reaching/lifting
• Ability to navigate a step ladder/regular ladder and stairs
• Ability to crouch and bend repeatedly, and sit or stand for long periods of time
• Proficient computer skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organization skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Highly self-motivated

Consistent Predictable Schedule:

Monday through Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm. Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required during busy times.

Salary and Benefits:

Hourly rate starts at $17.25. In addition to hourly pay, our Retail Warehouse Specialist has the opportunity to earn performance-based incentives, including up to $200 per month, as well as a separate annual incentive of up to $1,000.
