Job Title: Temporary Recruiter (Full-Cycle, High-Volume)
Job Description
This temporary Recruiter role provides critical support to the talent acquisition team following recent internal staffing changes. You will manage a high-volume portfolio of salaried requisitions, driving the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer. The initial assignment is expected to last approximately three months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs. This is a fully onsite position with some flexibility in hours and occasional work-from-home options once strong relationships and credibility are established.
Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for approximately 15 open salaried requisitions across a variety of functions, including entry-level engineering, product sales, and divisional-level roles.
• Source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other major sourcing platforms, building and maintaining strong talent pipelines.
• Review resumes quickly and efficiently to identify top talent and keep the hiring process moving forward.
• Screen applicants and guide candidates through each stage of the interview process, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, balancing candidate availability and hiring manager calendars to maintain hiring momentum.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements, refine job profiles, and move requisitions forward in a timely manner.
• Utilize PeopleSoft and other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidates, update requisition statuses, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Create and manage projects within LinkedIn Recruiter, saving profiles and organizing sourcing efforts for efficient follow-up.
• Manage recruiting projects and prioritize competing demands, ensuring that all requisitions receive appropriate attention and progress.
• Take direction effectively from key business stakeholders, adjusting strategies and priorities in response to changing business needs.
• Maintain a professional, consultative approach when supporting hiring managers and candidates, providing guidance and market insights as needed.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and hiring teams, setting expectations and providing timely updates throughout the hiring process.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and follow-through, ensuring that offers, feedback, and next steps are handled promptly.
• Work independently with minimal oversight while contributing to a collaborative, relationship-focused team culture.
• Apply a thoughtful, proactive recruiting approach to specialized requisitions, using creative sourcing strategies to identify niche talent.

Essential Skills

• At least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer management.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume requisition load, typically impacting and navigating 15 or more open roles at one time.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, including creating new projects, saving profiles, and sourcing candidates effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to quickly review resumes, schedule interviews, and maintain hiring momentum.
• Demonstrated experience working independently and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously with minimal oversight.
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism when interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of attention to detail, follow-through, and time management in a high-volume recruiting setting.
• Comfort working with assertive stakeholders and maintaining productive, relationship-focused interactions.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with the ability to learn and navigate systems such as PeopleSoft.

Work Environment
This role is fully onsite in a quiet, open office environment with onsite parking available directly in front of the building. The culture is collaborative, relaxed, and relationship-focused, with opportunities to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders. Standard workdays are 8 hours, with flexible start times between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., allowing you to tailor your schedule within business needs. While the position is primarily onsite, occasional work-from-home flexibility may be available once you have established credibility and strong working relationships with the team. You will work in a corporate setting that values knowledge sharing, employee contributions, and continuous improvement, supported by modern recruiting tools such as PeopleSoft (integrated with LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms) and extensive use of LinkedIn Recruiter. This is a Contract position based out of Golden Valley, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
