Remote Clinical Service Desk Analyst 24x7 IT Support

JobDiva, Inc.

NTT DATA is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to be the first point of contact for healthcare customers in a 24x7x365 environment. You will troubleshoot clinical applications, document incidents, assist users with issues, and escalate when needed to the appropriate team.

This is a 100% remote role supporting Epic, Cerner, McKesson and Meditech users, requiring strong English communication and a customer-service mindset in a fast-paced setting.
