Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify a patient's physical impairments, limitations, and specific rehabilitation goals.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to the needs of each patient, utilizing advanced therapeutic methods.
• Manage a focused patient caseload, providing one-on-one sessions dedicated to maximizing recovery metrics and ensuring patient satisfaction.
• Incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities and evidence-informed interventions, including but not limited to manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities for pain relief.
• Motivate patients through their therapy journey by offering encouragement while tracking their progress closely, adjusting treatment plans as their needs evolve.
• Deliver educational resources that empower patients to adopt healthy lifestyles and improve their overall physical function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment modalities used, and comprehensive care services, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with orthopedic patients who seek rehabilitation for various conditions, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license for Physical Therapy in California, with no history of disciplinary actions.

• Hands-on experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems, particularly WebPT, to efficiently document patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
