Network Design/ Network Engineer

Job Title: Network Designer (Wired & Wireless) Duration: 6-12 Months Contract Job Description We are looking for a highly experienced Network Designer with strong expertise in enterprise wired and wireless networking solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with Cisco LAN/WLAN technologies, Arista switches, RF design, wireless surveys, and large‑scale manufacturing deployments. Required Skills Strong experience with Cisco 9K Series Switches Expertise in Cisco WLAN solutions and WLC 9800 Series Experience with Cisco Catalyst Center / Cisco Prime Hands‑on experience with wireless surveys using Ekahau or AirMagnet Strong RF design, AP placement, antenna selection, and interference mitigation knowledge Experience with Arista switches, VLANs, QoS, OSPF, and BGP Experience with Cisco Spaces and wireless analytics Knowledge of Juniper Mist Wireless solutions Experience working in manufacturing/high‑ceiling environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Responsibilities Design and architect enterprise wired and wireless network solutions Perform predictive and on‑site wireless surveys Optimize RF performance and troubleshoot wireless issues Support Cisco & Arista switching environments Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and IT teams Ensure compliance with networking and safety standards #J-18808-Ljbffr Vantage Point Consulting Inc.
