Seeking a contract Senior Strategist to work remotely, this role will lead RFP responses and develop innovative marketing proposals, collaborating with various teams to drive revenue for key advertisers. Key responsibilities Develop a comprehensive understanding of The Athletic's properties and media products Serve as the primary contact for RFPs, creating and presenting tailored proposals for digital and audio sponsorship solutions Lead brainstorming sessions and manage timelines to ensure timely delivery of integrated marketing programs Required qualifications 5+ years of cross-platform advertising experience, including ad sales marketing and integrated marketing Deep understanding of social, branded content, digital, mobile, and audio landscapes Experience working on RFPs within a media environment Strong ability to transform information into actionable insights Desire to engage in collaborative sales and marketing processes within an advertising sales context
