Senior Director, Global Commercial - Pain

Responsibilities
- Lead global commercial strategy development for pain portfolio with acute pain focus
- Drive commercial opportunity assessments to inform portfolio prioritization and investment decisions
- Conduct long-range forecasting and scenario planning to support business planning
- Shape global brand strategy including positioning, differentiation, and strategic direction
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
- Significant biopharmaceutical or healthcare commercial strategy experience
- Deep expertise in pain, acute care, or related therapeutic area
- Strong market research, customer insights, and strategic planning capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field
- Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions
- Experience in launch planning and pre-launch commercialization
