Licensed Psychologist – San Jose, CA We are hiring a licensed psychologist for a direct‑hire opportunity with a non‑profit client located in San Jose, CA. The role offers flexible part‑time or full‑time hours in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team that supports individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. What You’ll Be Doing Evaluate cognitive, adaptive, and behavioral functioning in clients and develop behavior support plans Provide psychological assessments, behavioral consultations, and clinical support to clients, families, and staff to promote independence and quality of life Consult with program staff and serve as a teacher/consultant to personnel involved in service delivery to people with developmental disabilities Assist in developing new programs and evaluate existing services for the developmentally disabled within the region Perform related duties as assigned, including evaluative services such as conservatorship petitions and competency to stand trial evaluations What You Need to Bring to the Table Licensed Psychologist in the state of California Doctorate in Clinical or Educational Psychology with at least two years of experience in developmental disabilities or behavioral health Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical documentation skills Knowledge of the principles, methods, techniques, and materials of psychology in serving the developmentally disabled Ability to work 8am to 5pm shifts Monday through Friday Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance or independent transportation Benefits Competitive salary: $11,268 to $14,744 per month plus monthly stipend for bilingual speaking Flexible schedule options with a desire for Monday through Friday shifts Well‑established, mission‑driven non‑profit providing quality focused care Generous paid time off, 5 days of paid education leave per fiscal year, CalPERS pension plan, 403(b) retirement plan, medical, dental, vision coverage for employees working 20+ hours per week, and other employee assistance and voluntary benefits Recruiter Contact Hana Daniels Phone: View phone number on click.appcast.io Equal Opportunity Employer Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
