Job Summary We are looking for a Payroll Territory Manager (PTM) who will prospect, present, and close deals in a fast sales cycle. The PTM will run Auris Payroll presentations in person and over the phone to small and mid‑size merchants and businesses, explain our value proposition via Atlas CRM, upsell current clients, and maintain regular communication with the Payroll Division Manager (PDM). The PTM will also train and coach Senior Product Advisors (SPAs). After a training period, you can set your own work schedule to maximize residuals on the business you bring in. Responsibilities Prospect new clients into our Payroll/HCM services realm Maintain client records in Atlas CRM, including call notes, scheduled interactions, and contact information Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first‑time appointments, to secure a win Continuously build and develop knowledge of our product portfolio and industry changes Attend weekly team meetings and one‑on‑one sessions with the PDM Train and coach Senior Product Advisors (SPAs) Provide status updates to reporting PDM Perform additional responsibilities as assigned Candidate Profile 18 years of age or older Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance Successful completion of pre‑employment background check Live in the area relative to the job posting location At least two years of relevant experience Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills Works well independently and as part of a team Self‑motivated, incentive‑driven sales hunter Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity High sense of urgency and innate sales talent Enjoys cold‑calling and face‑to‑face interactions Accountable for measurable, high‑quality, timely results Able to spend 50% of time in the field Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED At least six years of relevant experience At least one to two years supervisory experience Competencies Awareness Driven Resilient Respectful Committedness Compensation and Benefits W2 status Medical, dental, life, and disability benefits Salary range: $90,000 – $105,000+ in first year (uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity for top performers) 401(k) with matching program Physical wellness benefits: comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, disability, fertility, wellness resources, and paid sick time Mental wellness benefits: paid time off, holidays, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and Calm app subscription Financial wellness benefits: immediate vesting 401(k), HSA, FSA, commuter benefits, and employee discounts Family care benefits: paid maternity and paternity leave (including for adoptive parents), legal plan options, and pet insurance coverage Equal Opportunity Employer Acrisure is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
