Your role will focus on providing culturally competent care that respects and addresses individual differences, particularly as they relate to age, development, and unique social patterns. Building relationships with patients and their families is paramount, as it fosters trust and enhances therapeutic outcomes. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate school is required. \n A current license from the State Board of Social Work Licensure at the Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) level. \n Proven knowledge and skills necessary to provide effective care while considering the aging process and human developmental stages. \n Strong understanding of cultural patterns that influence patient care. \n Preferred Experience\n Ideal candidates will possess between six months to one year of clinical experience within a health or mental health setting. Compensation and Benefits\n This role offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
