We are looking for looking for a dynamic Utilization Review Coordinator to join our team!

Monday - Friday 8A - 4:30P

Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is a 133-bed acute psychiatric care facility located in Flowood, Mississippi. We are accredited by the Joint Commission of Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and certified by Medicare, Medicaid and TRICARE®. We provide psychiatric treatment for depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, schizophrenia, phobia and more . It is important these issues get treated so individuals are able to lead a healthy and happy life.

Position Summary : Proactively monitors utilization of continuum of services and optimize reimbursement for Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare. M onitor s adherence to the hospital's utilization review plan to ensure the effective and efficient use of hospital services and monitor the appropriateness of hospital admissions and extended hospitals stays.

Qualifications

Minimum: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in Mississippi. 1-3 years of psychiatric experiance required.

Preferred: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing with 3 - 5 years experience in psychiatric setting.
