• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand the diverse needs of clients, utilizing standardized tools and interviews.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on best practices, focusing on solution-based interventions tailored to each patient.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, adapting techniques as necessary to fit client profiles.

• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely clinical records that comply with health regulations and follow-up care protocols.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers—to ensure integrated care for clients.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, fostering a culture of shared learning and continuous improvement in clinical practices.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and seniors who struggle with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and major life transitions. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Experience in a telehealth environment is preferred, as well as familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems that facilitate efficient patient documentation and communication. Knowledge of community resources and referral networks in the Soddy Daisy area will be beneficial for patient advocacy and support.
