Work Environment\n

This role involves working in an outpatient office setting, with the flexibility of remote work arrangements. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to establish individualized therapy plans for clients.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to meet the diverse needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, adapting approaches to suit clients’ specific situations.

• Document clinical progress thoughtfully and accurately in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

As an LPC with Ser Mejor, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive compensation package ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 per year, supplemented with performance-based bonuses.
