Job Title: Project Manager
Location: NYC or Philadelphia/Wilmington
Duration: 6+ months
Salary Range: $30-40/hr on W2 without benefits Introduction:
We are seeking a project manager with a strong background in graphic design to oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and brand activations. This role partners with internal stakeholders and external creative agencies to manage timelines, review creative assets, provide design feedback, and ensure high-quality execution across digital and physical experiences. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in creative operations
Strong background in agency/vendor management
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced marketing or brand environment
Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years
UX/UI experience
Experience with digital and physical brand activations
Strong project management skills Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Manage project timelines and deliverables
Review and provide feedback on creative assets
