Work Environment\n

This role is designed for a remote work setting, providing flexibility and the ability to deliver care from the comfort of your home or preferred location. Our team enjoys a collaborative culture, engaging in regular virtual meetings to support one another and discuss case management strategies. The work schedule is from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday, with no evening or weekend obligations, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of mental health needs to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s objectives.

• Provide psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and counseling services, ensuring a timely and respectful approach to care.

• Engage proactively with multidisciplinary teams, including primary care providers and other social workers, to facilitate integrated behavioral health services.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of state and federal mental health programs, ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations.
\n
• Evaluate patients through timely intakes, ensuring all documentation is accurately maintained in electronic health records.
\n
• Manage referrals for clients requiring specialized care, including inpatient services and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT).
\n
• Screen for substance abuse indicators, providing necessary counseling or referrals to local resources.
\n
• Foster a supportive environment that encourages client autonomy and empowers patients to work towards their recovery goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve span a diverse range of backgrounds and mental health challenges. You will work closely with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your expertise in culturally competent care will be essential in addressing the unique needs of our community's diverse population. Your approach will blend empathy with evidence-based practices, ensuring each patient feels heard and respected throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a current and valid LCSW license to practice in Nevada.
