Hikinex Production Worker

Hikinex is seeking 2nd shift production workers to support food manufacturing operations. This role involves working on a production line to manufacture, package, inspect, and prepare food products such as bacon, hot dogs, sausages, jerky, corn dogs, and frozen appetizers. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, performing repetitive tasks, and rotating between different production areas as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating production and packaging equipment.
• Pack, count, inspect, and prepare products according to specifications.
• Monitoring products for quality and identifying foreign materials.
• Following all safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and company policies.
• Reporting equipment, material, or production issues to supervisors.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Rotating between production positions as needed.
• Working efficiently in hot and cold temperature conditions.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive manufacturing environment.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and teamwork skills.
• Basic communication, reading, writing, and math abilities.
• Ability to complete safety and quality training.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when required.
• Previous production, manufacturing, food processing, or warehouse experience is preferred.
