HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the human resources department by handling new hires onboarding, administrative tasks, assisting with, managing employee records, and ensuring HR processes run smoothly. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information. Key Responsibilities Coordinate new hire onboarding processes and ensure all required employment documents are completed accurately and timely. Facilitate a positive onboarding experience by assisting employees with onboarding questions and processes. Employee Records & HR Administration Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personal information and performance records. Process, organize, and track HR documentation, including employment agreements, policy acknowledgments, and compliance‑related paperwork. Payroll & Timekeeping Support Support payroll processing by collecting, reviewing, and verifying employee time and attendance records. Employee Engagement & Support Assist with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events. Serve as a primary point of contact for routine HR‑related inquiries, providing timely support and guidance to employees. Unemployment & Administrative Support Assist with unemployment claim administration, including gathering documentation and coordinating responses. Assist with reviewing and processing the HR expense reports. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). 2 + years of experience in HR or administrative role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software. Understanding of HR laws and best practices. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Business Attire Professional business attire is required for this role reflecting a polished and professional appearance. Attendance, Privacy, and Professionalism Must maintain reliable attendance and punctuality; handle confidential information with strict discretion; and consistently demonstrate professional, respectful conduct in all interactions.
