Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1-3 years of related customer service or dispatch environment experience
Working knowledge of dispatch systems, personal computer, telephone and telephone headset
Basic computer and mathematics skill
Must be willing to work overtime as needed which will include Saturdays and overnights

Responsibilities

Efficiently batching concrete using computer or manual controls, adhering to proper mix designs
Performing daily plant maintenance, including manual lifting, shoveling, and lubricating plant components
Completes customer orders, schedules deliveries, and performs small plant maintenance
Effectively communicates with the drivers to efficiently complete customer orders
Conducting daily inspections of plant and equipment
