Evan F. Nappen Attorney At Law, PC is a highly respected Criminal Defense law firm located in central New Jersey , with a nationally recognized focus on Firearms Law and the Second Amendment . We’re seeking a sharp, motivated Associate Attorney ready to grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct client interviews and assist in case intake and preparation
• Research legal issues and draft legal documents, including motions, letters, and briefs
• Represent clients at hearings and proceedings (in-person and via Zoom)
• Manage and organize case files efficiently
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients
• Travel throughout New Jersey may be required

Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey Attorney License (required)
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Confident in both courtroom and virtual settings
• Self-motivated and capable of managing a diverse caseload independently

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $85,000 to $120,000 /year (commensurate with experience)
• Health and dental insurance
• Paid vacation days and holidays
• Yearly NJ Attorney Registration fee covered
• CLE courses provided
