Job Description

The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting silicone coating, converting, and packaging equipment. This role includes tasks such as start-up/shutdowns, changeovers, inspections, packaging, and small preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Run and monitor reactors, mixers, and automated systems following established procedures.
• Perform inspections, measurements, and documentation to verify product specifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance and assist with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Follow chemical-handling rules, PPE requirements, and environmental standards.
• Record production data, equipment checks, and process deviations accurately.

Essential Skills

• Experience in packaging and machine operating.
• Previous experience as a Manufacturing Technician or Cleanroom Technician.
• Proficiency in batch work, mixing, compounding, blending, batch mixing, and assembly.
• Ability to troubleshoot effectively.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Allentown, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Allentown,PA.
