This role involves actively listening to customer inquiries, processing orders, providing product information, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include handling inbound calls, providing product and service information, resolving customer issues, processing orders and transactions, escalating complex issues, maintaining customer records, building customer rapport, and de-escalating difficult situations.

Requirements and experience include a high school diploma or GED, data entry experience, customer service experience, excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, a customer-focused mindset, active listening skills, adaptability and flexibility, and computer proficiency.

Physical demands and work environment include sitting for extended periods in an office environment while using a computer, occasional standing or walking to retrieve documents, proficient typing and mouse usage for data entry and customer interactions, and clear vision and hearing for prolonged screen work and communication.
