What Your Day Looks Like:
Morning (in-office):
- Paid training, mentorship, and skill-building sessions
- Learn sales strategies, product knowledge, and communication techniques
Afternoon (in the field):
- Represent AT&T in retail locations, kiosks, and event spaces
- Connect with customers, understand their needs, and recommend solutions
- Provide hands-on support with product setup and service options
- Deliver a positive, memorable customer experience
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Act as a face of AT&T in a customer service + sales-focused role
- Build genuine relationships with customers
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals
- Support retail teams with product knowledge and promotions
- Track performance and contribute to team success
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Motivated, coachable, and goal-driven mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus (not required)
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
