Recruiter Summary - TA Specialist (6-Month Contract, APAC)
Role Overview

Full-cycle recruiter supporting APAC hiring, with a strong emphasis on technical and IT-related roles. This is a generalist TA role, but candidates must be comfortable recruiting for technical positions.

The role will initially focus on sourcing and supporting recruitment activities, with the expectation that the recruiter will gradually ramp up to owning a full requisition load.

Key Requirements
Must-Haves

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing through offer.
• Technical recruitment experience is a critical requirement .
• Ability to work across multiple role types, including sales, pre-sales, operations, IT, and other functions.
• Experience working in corporate environments or supporting corporate clients.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Haves

• A mix of agency and in-house recruitment experience.
• Familiarity with ADP or a similar ATS is an advantage but not required.
• Exposure to AI tools in recruiting, such as sourcing and screening support.

Day-to-Day Expectations

• Start with sourcing and screening candidates while learning the roles and stakeholders.
• Progress into managing an independent requisition load.
• Work closely with Brandon, the primary lead recruiter, for ramp-up, guidance, and oversight.
• Support high-volume hiring driven by large-scale projects across APAC, particularly Australia and Singapore.
• Utilize sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, the ATS, and referrals.

Volume & Scope

The team currently manages approximately 30+ active roles across APAC .

The new hire will:

• Start with approximately 5 roles .
• Gradually ramp up their requisition load as their capability and familiarity with the roles increase.
• Support roles across mixed levels and diverse functions, including technical, sales, operations, and other areas.

Tools

• ATS: ADP, although experience with other ATS platforms is acceptable.
• The team is increasingly using AI in recruiting workflows , including screening, shortlisting, and candidate summaries.
• Recruiters are expected to be curious and open to learning and utilizing AI tools to support recruitment activities.
